Giant Nutella Pecan Pizza Cookie – Peaceful

May 26, 2014 By Jittery Cook 12 Comments

Can you imagine 15 x 19-inch cookie? Neither could I until I had a ball of Nutella dough sitting in my palm. Why fiddle with numerous tiny balls of dough when you can simply roll out one giant cookie and call it a peaceful day? Giant Nutella Pecan Pizza Cookie Giant Nutella Pecan Pizza Cookie

  • 1 c Nutella
  • 10 T flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 c pecan halves

Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, combine egg and Nutella. Gradually add the flour, 2 tablespoons at a time, mixing well. Intermittently sprinkle the mat, the dough and the rolling pin with a little flour as you roll out the Nutella dough, until it is flat and even. Holly, Do you use an isulated cookie sheet? I usually do or my cookies would burn. I use GF flour now and it burns or dries out quicker than regular flour.
Thanks for all your sharing. My favourite recepie is the marinated Salmon with lentils and quinoa.

No insulated cookie sheet used. Just a regular baking pan.
First time burned a bit cause middle was rolled too thin.

I love that salmon lentil quinoa recipe too!!
      Thanks for liking Phyllis.

Holly – so glad to find your creative blog!! I LOVE the simplicity of this recipe – 4 ingredients is about all I have the patience/time for these days. 😉
