Julia does it again! My uber talented sis taught me how to make these Cottage Cheese Chive Pancakes, and, yes, this recipe’s a keeper. The chives at PA du Fort Supermarket looked weary so Julia crossed the street to an Sheng Tang Supermarket and found big, bold, beautiful garlic chives – a perfect substitute!
